Stratford upon Avon 28th February - 1st March 2020

On Friday 28th March Val and Bill set of to the Stratford Manor Hotel, Stratford upon Avon for a Masonic Ladies weekend. On arrival they met up with their friends and sat in the reception and had afternoon tea together. Later that evening the group had dinner before retiring to their respective rooms.

Saturday 29th March Val and Bill had breakfast then drove into Stratford where they purchased some bits they needed, wandered about the the town then discovered a lovely tea room where they enjoyed an afternoon cream tea. Afterwards they drove to Charlecote House, a nearby National Trust property, where they had a good time exploring this magnificent place. They then returned to the hotel and prepared themselves for the evening’s event. 

The festival was a black tie/evening dress affair. Bill and Val met up with their friends at the pre-dinner drinks reception then they all made their way to the function room where the festival was taking place. The evening was superb, good food and good company. 

Sunday 1st March, everyone met up for breakfast then after all the goodbyes Bill and Val checked out and made their way home.
